RETURNS POLICY

Nathan the Beach Cat makes customised products and as such cannot offer returns unless the product is faulty. If you have received your product as faulty then please return to us with and we will check the product to ensure it doesn't meet with our expectations of quality. We need to receive the product within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund or a replacement when we find the product is faulty.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email us at info@nathanthebeachcat.com.au with your order number and a photo of the product you wish to return
Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information:

It can take up to an additional 30 days to receive a replacement product or a refund. If we are unable to replace your product due to discontinuation of stock then a refund will be offered.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. If the product is found faulty then your postage costs will be reimbursed. Please note your postage costs to us via email after item sent to us.
If we find the product to not meet fault criteria, then no refunds will be offered, and additional postage costs will be incurred to return the product back to you.
